Have we ever taken off the time to think about the wonder of creation. It’s important because it teaches us about our amazing Creator.
With the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the ever Merciful.
Let’s consider the wonder of the little DNA strand or chromosomes that science gives credit to for us being on earth.
It has to replicate itself to form an organism trillions the times of its own size – It has to differentiate itself to form different tissues, such as muscle, bone, blood etc. Then it has to group the different tissues to form different organs, such as the eye, the heart etc.
And then it has to place these organs exactly where they are supposed to be, the nose right between the eyes on the head and nowhere else, then it has to group the different organs to perform certain functions such as digesting food etc.
This little DNA is even more amazing because it has to be an engineer, a plumber, an electrician, a builder, a plasterer, a carpenter, a computer technician, a chemical engineer and much more.
It has to do all the different jobs that we can think off and unlike the jack of all trades, this DNA has to be a master of all the jobs that it does.
Apart from doing all these jobs, this DNA has to somehow organize the body to perform complex tasks such as to ensure a steady source of power – to obtain raw materials from the environment and to process these raw materials into the different materials it requires –
It has to remove toxic waste which results from all the processes that it is involved in – it has to co-ordinate all the different activities of the body so that there is always a common goal and healthy balance.
It has to transport the different materials and energy to the different parts that needs them. It has to get information about the surroundings by using sensors and having a communication system that can relay this information to the command center.
Then, this DNA has to develop a healing system that could heal the body whenever the body is exposed to illness. Apart from all this, this DNA has to make our bodies exactly like our species and not like any other.
When one considers all that goes on in our bodies, it is like a whole world functioning in a micro level within us. People making components which would be used to keep the water in our taps flowing can be compared to cells making valves which would keep the blood flowing in our bodies.
People maintaining our telephones could be compared to cells maintaining our nervous systems etc. We all know what technology and resources we need to keep our world running.
Now, can you imagine all these resources and technology in just this little strand of DNA?
Is it possible that all this can happen by chance as evolutionists such as Darwin state?
“O mankind! If you have a doubt about the Resurrection (consider) that we created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that we may manifest (Our Power to you)…” 22:5.
